We are seeking a Technical Presales Manager to lead our presale’s function, managing a team of experienced presales engineers while acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers. This role bridges sales, engineering and clients, ensuring high-quality, commercially aligned technical solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who can inspire a team while contributing directly to business growth.
Hybrid working applies, with a mix of home working, team meetings at Alpha Tower, and customer site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities
Overall ownership and leadership of the Technical Presales department
Manage presales requests, workload planning and time allocation
Line management responsibilities including recruitment and performance management
Budget oversight and resource planning
Attend client and prospect meetings (virtual and onsite)
Identify customer technical and business requirements and design appropriate solutions
Produce proposals, technical documentation and scopes of work
Deliver internal and external technical presentations
Collaborate across teams to support product development and service improvement
